Outside the office, Courtney enjoys traveling, reading, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills. She is married with two young boys and loves spending time with her family.
Wendy Pocobello
With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Wendy brings a deep knowledge of patient care, office operations, and insurance coordination to the practice. She has spent nearly three decades at the same location, building lasting relationships with patients and helping ensure every visit runs smoothly.
Wendy is passionate about creating a welcoming, organized environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care. She takes pride in helping patients understand their treatment and making the entire experience seamless from start to finish.
Outside the office, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, reading, kayaking, and being outdoors. She is a proud Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan and comes from a family that loves auto racing, often traveling to racetracks together.
Holly Argueta, RDH
Holly has been a dedicated dental hygienist since 2009 and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients. She loves helping individuals understand their oral health and empowering them to reach their personal goals, both inside and outside the dental chair.
Her approach to care is centered on listening first and creating a personalized experience for every patient. Holly is committed to continuous growth and staying current with advancements in dentistry to provide the highest level of care.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, boating, and being with her family. She also loves cooking, baking, and making memories with her partner Chris and their baby, Rip.
Jennifer Zolnowski, RDH
Jennifer brings over two decades of experience in dentistry and a genuine passion for patient care. She is known for building strong relationships with her patients and creating a comfortable, trusting environment during every visit.
Her approach is honest, gentle, and caring, always focused on delivering high-quality care while ensuring patients feel at ease. Jennifer also has experience in orthodontics and continues to expand her skills through advanced training.

Gillian Guido, CDA, RDA
Gillian has over a decade of experience in dentistry and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care. She enjoys the hands-on nature of dentistry and takes pride in building strong connections with each patient.
Her calm and reassuring approach helps ease dental anxiety, ensuring patients feel heard and supported throughout their visit. Gillian has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, implants, and Invisalign treatment.
When she’s not in the office, Gillian loves spending time outdoors, exploring local coffee shops, and working on DIY home projects.
