Madelin headshotMADELIN, OFFICE MANAGER/TREATMENT COORDINATOR

With over 20 years of experience in dentistry, Madelin brings energy and a huge smile to the office every day. She began as a front desk representative, then a dental assistant. She was promoted to office manager/treatment coordinator 15 years ago and hasn’t looked back! She enjoys helping all of our patients, no matter the situation. She’s proficient in understanding dental insurance and utilizing the various financing options available. Madelin works hard to ensure every patient has a positive experience and is treated with quality care and compassion.

Born in Brooklyn but raised in Florida, Madelin moved to Buffalo in 2005. Not only does she love the warmth and beaches of Florida, but she has also learned to love the snow and enjoys Buffalo’s chicken wings! When not working, Madelin enjoys time with her five grandchildren, going to the race track, playing cards, and eating pizza with her family.

Amber HeadshotAmber, REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Amber has been in the dental field since 2014, where she started her career as a dental assistant. She then went to dental hygiene school at ECC during the fall of 2018 where she earned her license as a dental hygienist, along with certifications in administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide aka “laughing gas.” Passionate about dental health, Amber strongly believes in prevention and patient education.

She is married to her high school sweetheart who is a Marine Corps veteran and lived in California for a few years before coming back home to Buffalo. They have two children and two dogs. Before entering the dental field, she was a certified dog groomer. Amber loves to travel and take family vacations.

Amanda HeadshotAmanda, Dental Assistant

Amanda started her journey in the dental field in 2007, where she trained as a dental assistant and has been chairside ever since! She truly enjoys building trust with patients and finds satisfaction in helping patients achieve their oral health goals, whether it is gaining a brand-new smile or helping a fearful patient get through a tough procedure, as well as anywhere in between.

Married with three children and a dog, Amanda loves to take nature walks with her family and spend time by their pool in the summers. She is also a licensed esthetician and phlebotomist.

Courtney HeadshotCourtney, Front Desk Coordinator

Courtney’s dental experience began in Charlotte, NC where she was trained as an assistant before moving to Buffalo in 2012. She has experience as a dental assistant and front desk coordinator and thrives in her diversified position. Courtney is the first person a patient sees when they walk-in and she truly enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and comfortable when they step into the office.

She has a husband and two children and they are all huge Buffalo Bills fans. In her free time, she loves to read, keep her house plants alive, and travel/experience new and different cultures.

Wendy HeadshotWendy, Business Administrator

For over 25 years, Wendy has been dedicated in providing the help patients need and making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive in the practice. She does it all, from scheduling and submitting insurance claims, to treatment coordinating and check-out. Always smiling, Wendy brings a wave of contagious positivity and truly enjoys ensuring patients receive quality care.

A native of Hamburg, she currently resides in Orchard Park and is married with three sons. In her free time, you can find Wendy with a good book or enjoying the outdoors whether it be hiking, kayaking, or a nice long walk. Her and her family enjoy going to the race track on the weekends. She is also a Certified Ophthalmic Technician!

Kim HeadshotKim, Registered Dental Hygienist

Practicing dental hygiene for 36 years, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and has been with the practice for 13 years! She is always positive and passionate about providing quality patient care and enjoys educating patients to help them improve their oral hygiene habits at home. She received her dental hygiene degree from ECC in 1987 and has not looked back since.

Raised in Depew, she lived in Marilla for over 30 years before finding her new home in East Aurora. She has three successful children and five grandchildren. Away from the practice, Kim finds her happy place with her family and enjoying the outdoors. She enjoys hiking, bicycling, and waterskiing! She is also skilled at crocheting.

Holly HeadshotHolly, Registered Dental Hygienist

Earning her dental hygiene degree from ECC in 2009, Holly has been with this practice ever since! Finishing in the top 10 of her high school class, she carried those high honors through hygiene school where she was on the Dean’s list every semester. She absolutely loves this profession and the strong connections she has made with her patients. Earning their trust and providing excellent care is what drives Holly every day.

Growing up in Cuba, NY, she met her husband at a gas station and they have three children. She calls Marilla home with 100 acres to take care of and enjoy. Holly leads a very busy life away from the practice with her active family watching and cheering on all her children at their sporting events. You can catch her whole family on the slopes in the lovely Buffalo winters as well!

Amber, Dental Assistant

Amber’s start in the dental field began 12 years ago and she has been Dr. Caitlin’s assistant for the past 8 years!  Helping patients gain the best possible experience at every dental visit while assisting to provide top level care is what drives Amber.  She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UB and has the goal to attend dental school in the future!

Born and raised right here in Buffalo, she is engaged and marrying her best friend in October!  They are parents to their dog, Cash, and call Blasdell home.  A talented artist, she loves drawing and painting in her free-time and growing up, she raced BMX for 10 years.  On the weekends, she enjoys Sunday brunches with her family.
