Courtney McManus
I grew up in Charlotte, NC, and moved to Buffalo in 2012. I went to school for Dental Assisting in NC and have worked in the field since I moved to Buffalo. With 14 years of experience, I have done just about every role in a dental office, and I love them all for different reasons. I love working with fearful patients to help them better understand how a dental office should care for their patients and hope to make them feel comfortable with us.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and cheering on the Buffalo Bills! My husband and I have 2 young boys, and they keep us busy! We love to go camping (in an actual tent!!) and spend time outdoors in the beautiful summer months.
I love to travel and experience different cultures of the world; there is just so much to learn and explore! I hope to instill my love of travel into my children and start to experience these things as a family.
Wendy Pocobello
My name is Wendy. I have been a Business Administrator for 40 years, 30 of those years in the dental field. I work hard at ensuring every patient is treated with quality care and compassion. It’s all about building trust and creating lasting relationships with the people I work with and with the people I’ve had the privilege to get to know.
I was raised in Hamburg, and after living a short time in Virginia, I now call Orchard Park home. Family has always been very important to me. I am lucky to have a husband, 3 boys, and a very spoiled dog. Away from the office, I enjoy being outside with my family, curled up with a good book or just sitting enjoying the quiet. My favorite time is any time with my boys.
I am a people pleaser and like to keep everyone happy. I look forward to learning and growing to be the best possible version of who I am!
Holly Argueta, RDH
My name is Holly Argauer, and I have been a dental hygienist for almost 18 years, during which I have had the privilege of caring for patients and being part of an incredible dental team. For me, dentistry is about so much more than teeth. It is about the whole person, building relationships, creating trust, and making every patient feel valued, comfortable, and cared for.
Outside of the office, my greatest joy is my family. I’m a proud mom of three and have been married for 16 years. So much of my life revolves around my children and their activities, and making memories together. I love being their biggest cheerleader on and off the field alongside my husband, Mike.
I’m grateful for the people who have shaped my journey, both personally and professionally, and I’m passionate about continuing to learn, grow, and make a positive difference in the lives of those around me. At the end of the day, I hope every person I meet feels a little more encouraged, cared for, and confident than they did before we crossed paths.
Jennifer Zolnowski, RDH
I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. With twenty-three years of experience as a dental hygienist, I love helping patients feel confident and healthy, not just about their smiles, but their overall well-being.
Outside of work, I’ve been married to my husband Chris for ten years. I adore my Australian Shepherd, Rip, and we love hiking together in nature. I also enjoy golfing (sometimes beating my husband) and baking treats to share with friends, family, and even the dog.
Gillian Guido, CDA, RDA
HI! My name is Gillian. I’m a licensed dental assistant and have been in dentistry for 11 years. I’ve always had a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair.
I enjoy cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, implant dentistry, and comprehensive treatment cases.
I’m passionate about staying up to date with the latest technology and techniques in dentistry. Some of my favorite technology we use in the office includes the iTero digital scanner and SprintRay 3D printer!
When I’m not assisting chairside, you’ll find me tackling a DIY home project, gardening, traveling, or spending time with family and friends. I love creating and improving spaces, whether it’s helping build a beautiful smile or a beautiful home!
Amber Alvira, RDH
My name is Amber, and I’ve been part of the dental field since 2014. I started my career as a dental assistant, and it didn’t take long for me to realize how much I enjoyed working with patients and being part of the dental field. That experience encouraged me to further my education, and I graduated from Erie Community College’s Dental Hygiene program in 2019. I’m currently back in school working toward completing my Bachelor’s degree, and I’m passionate about continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
One of my favorite parts of being a dental hygienist is building genuine relationships with my patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. I especially enjoy working with children and patients who may feel nervous or anxious about visiting the dentist. I understand that dental visits can be stressful for some people, so I take the time to listen to their concerns, explain things in a simple and reassuring way, and make each appointment as comfortable as possible. My goal is for every patient to feel heard, genuinely cared for, and confident in their care while helping them better understand and take an active role in their oral health.
Outside of the office, family is a huge part of my life. I love spending time with my husband, our two children, and our dog. We enjoy camping, traveling, being involved in our kids’ activities, and simply making memories together.
Amber Schubbe
My name is Amber, and I have been a dental assistant for 15 years. I have been Doctor Caitlin’s assistant for 11 of those years! My mother is also a dental assistant and introduced me to the field when I was 18 years old, and I fell in love with it. I love helping patients feel more comfortable at the dentist so they look forward to their visit rather than dread it. I find it very rewarding to form strong patient relationships and watch patients become more confident in their care and overall health!
As a young breast cancer survivor, the most important part of my life is my family. We just welcomed our first baby girl, Charlotte, in May 2026! Outside of work, I spend time with my growing family, painting, and Sunday fundays!!
Amanda Harasymchuk
My name is Amanda, and I have been a dental assistant since 2007. I love building trust and relationships with patients and find satisfaction in helping patients achieve their oral health goals, whether it is gaining a brand-new smile or helping a fearful patient get through a tough procedure. I am always eager to learn, and taking the journey of doing IV sedation with Dr Carl has been rewarding.
I have been married to my husband and best friend for 10 years. We have three children and a big fluffy dog. I love to take nature walks with my family and spend time by our pool in the summers.
Megan
My name is Megan, and I have been in the dental field at the front desk for a little over 10 years. I love being part of a team, building relationships, and making each visit get a little easier and more welcoming.
Outside of the office, I am a proud Mom of 3 girls, ages 16, 20, and 22, and I’ve been married to my husband Dave for 24 years. My family means everything to me, and I love to make memories with them. I love watching my daughter’s volleyball games, doing a good puzzle, and relaxing with friends. At the end of the day, I am happy for a full, busy life and surrounded by people who matter so much to me.
