If you have dental insurance, we try to make things as convenient for you as possible, so we will file your insurance claims for you and deal directly with your insurance company for their portion of the payment. Although, we are not in-network with any dental insurance companies.
For your portion, we do expect payment at the time of service, unless you have made prior arrangements for a payment plan. If your insurance then pays less or more than is expected, we will get back to you for any adjustments.
We also offer a 5% accounting adjustment for all major work in excess of $1000 if paid in full by cash or check prior to the scheduled appointment.
Payment Plans Available
Dr. Carl Embury’s goal is to provide premium dental services to our patients but to keep them affordable. To that end, we have several convenient payment options.
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
If that doesn’t work for you, we also offer no-interest and extended payment plans through CareCredit and Lending Club patient financing. Click the links to visit their company websites and learn more about how they operate. To help keep it affordable for you, our office pays all or part of the interest.
If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, or would like to review our financial arrangement options in advance of treatment, please don’t hesitate to call our office.
